With an initial greeting from The Royce concierge, the space is nestled in a lavish ‘hotel like’ environment with a sleek interior that gives way to ample space. For the peckish worker, the space is but a hallway away from Penrith’s renowned Café Royce.

STUDIO-103 harbours the capacity for growth, located just minutes from the Penrith CBD; the space allows you to serve the local community directly. Surrounded by riverside cafés, the Penrith Panthers Precinct, East Side Quarter, and the developing Western Sydney Community and Convention Centre, the space offers an eclectic range for maintaining your work/life balance.
